Just a quick post this morning, as I have leftover ice cream cake thawing on the counter (It’s my Birthday week, so it’s ok to eat ice cream cake as a second breakfast!) and we need to get out the door to buy the weeks’ groceries.
so here is what we are eating:
Monday: grilled pork chops with veggies and mashed potatoes
Tuesday: steak with grilled asparagus and mushrooms
Wednesday: veggie pasta
Thursday: out for dinner for my birthday!!!
Friday: salmon with asparagus and rice
Saturday: hubby’s turn to cook! He always seems to get out of this
Sunday: dinner with my parents for another Birthday celebration!
