Well, we were hit hard by the flu in our house this weekend. Fevers, chills,coughing, running noses, headaches, and the 4 year was sick to his stomach. All 4 of us were out for the count, it was rough.
But I still muster the energy last night to plan my meals, in case this cold sticks around this week. Having my meals planned will make my life so much easier!
Here’s what we are eating this week:
Monday – roasted chicken, roasted sweet potatoes and dressing
Tuesday – buffalo chicken quinoa salad, and roasted red peppers
Wednesday – my famous spaghetti
Thursday – perogies and garden salad
Friday – baked fish with rice and broccoli
