It’s been a while since I’ve posted our meal plan. I still plan each week, but just haven’t made the time to share it with all of you!
If you’ve read any of my recent posts, you know we’ve been having a fun summer, and you know that my husband and I are eating a ketogenic diet. I hope this meal plan help anyone out there struggling with making keto dinners while still giving little kids the carbs they want and need. But also, it’s just a bunch of delicious ideas that anyone can make and customize to your own diets and likes!
Here’s what we are eating this week:
Monday – Bacon cheese burger meatloafs with steamed broccoli
Tuesday – Steak tacos (kids get tortillas, hubby and I will use lettuce for our wraps)
Wednesday – Homemade pizza (kids get a traditional crust, hubby and I will get an almond flour crust)
Thursday – Burgers (kids get hamburger buns, hubby and I will use lettuce) and raw veggie sticks
Friday – Baked fish (I’m thinking I might do some chili lime halibut for a change from our usual salmon) with roasted cauliflower
