It’s a Meal Plan Tuesday this week!
This past weekend was Canadian Thanksgiving, so we had some perfect fall fun! We spent Saturday at the cutest Fall Fair in the cutest little town, and Sunday and Monday were filled with feasts and family time! So, the meal plan is going up today. Life is crazy busy and without a meal plan I would never get dinner on the table, on time!
Here is what we are eating this week:
Tuesday – tacos (whole wheat wraps for the kids, lettuce wraps for us keto-ers)
Wednesday – spaghetti and meatballs (kids will eat whole wheat pasta, us keto-ers will just eat some veggies with the meatballs, don’t really feel like zoodles)
Thursday – baked crispy chicken wings with broccoli slaw (chicken nuggets for the kids that don’t like wings)
Friday – oven baked salmon with dill sauce and cheesy broccoli
