Another week, another meal plan! Here in Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving in October, so for us, its a regular week of dinners.
Here’s what we are eating this week:
Monday – Swedish style meatballs with cheesy broccoli (this was such a hit last week, we are having it again!)
Tuesday – Breakfast sausage patties with eggs and berries
Wednesday – Tray bake – pork sausages and carrots (for the kids), mushroom stuffed zuchinni boats for the hubby and I (recipe coming soon!)
Thursday – Burgers (bunless for us eating keto)
Friday – Take out
I will also be baking some banana bread for the kids, making more fat bombs too. I’ve got an amazing recipe so watch for that later this week!
