Meal Plan Monday – Dec 3 2018

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I had quite the morning. Thankfully things have turned around, I managed to meal plan and get to Costco! The kids are happily doing puzzles, and no one has thrown up today or has a fever, so hopefully we are on the mend.

I’ve got another great meal plan this week, and I hope it inspires you to make one for your family!

Here’s what we are eating this week:

Monday – Low Carb Chili (I’m really excited about this, we haven’t had chili in forever! I will likely make some garlic toast to serve with it. I love this quick keto bread)

Tuesday – Breakfast (sausage patties, eggs, carrot sticks and cucumber slices)

Wednesday – Slow Cooker Chicken and Veggies

Thursday- My Famous Spaghetti (whole wheat pasta for the kids and zucchini noodles for the grown ups)

Friday – Fish Sticks and Salmon with roasted asparagus, carrots and brussel sprouts
